What is the difference between maintenance and repair?
Simple, it saves you time and money to be more productive with your life.
MAINTENANCE involves regularly scheduled inspection of your vehicle to determine (early) wear and tear and replace and repair before the problem grows. For example, if a wheel joint is worn, delay in fixing will add stress to other parts and mis-align wear on your tires and replacement tires will be premature. The same applices to all moving parts including engine and transmissions oils.
REPAIR is usually after something breaks, squeals, slips or stops the vehicle from operating safely and smoothly. Early inspections may catch the problem early but delays can compound the repair but fixing/replacing other parts, too. Repairs are to bring your vehicle to safe operation.
